STATE V. MB (Newnan, GA Coweta County)
Client was charged with DUI, Failure to Maintain Lane. First in five years , second lifetime DUI. After being stopped by police officer for failure to maintain lane, client “failed” field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. Defendant had to use cane to walk and was on various medications. This case was reduced to reckless driving.
